I simply don’t get it. I saw these photos of 10-year-old-model Thylane Loubry Blondeau in French Vogue and thought of the images to be interesting-without more. Unbeknownst to me, the American media has gone coo coo over these images to an degree that on Fox News, evidently, anyone who supports these photos must simple be a pedophile!! I mean really!!!

Calm down people! Take a deep breath. Have some dip. Relax. These images are not pornographic. Images don’t create pedophiles!! The same way that images of people climbing mountains do not make the viewer a mountaineer!! Or images of people swimming won’t make the viewer of those images a swimmer!! These are fashion images and as such they are well done. They are professional. They are well lit. The model is well posed. The styling is well done. Overall, each image is well managed and worthy of Vogue Fashion Photography. There is nothing more to it.

All this reminds me of stories I have heard about my sister or any other young girl who at some point or another in their young life decide to wear their mother’s dress, shoes and/or put up their mother’s makeup and proudly parade around the house… What is wrong with this? Nothing.

If you find them disturbing, or feel a strange sexual attraction here—that is something that you should look within yourself and then take appropriate actions and talk to an expert about resolving those issues that are evidently weighting on your own conscience and should indeed be addressed. Other than that, there is nothing to see here… move on people!
